Some of the common skin conditions are as:

Acne Vulgaris: Acne is a skin condition that causes whiteheads, blackheads, and inflamed red growths (papules, pustules, and cysts) to form. These growths are commonly called pimples or "zits." Acne, commonly called pimples, occurs during the acme of life, in other words the best or peak years of life

Melasma: Melasma is a dark skin discoloration that appears on sun-exposed areas of the face. Though it can affect anyone, young women with brownish skin tones are at greatest risk. It is especially common in pregnant women, women who are taking birth control pills (oral contraceptives) and women taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) during menopause.

Vitiligo: Vitiligo is a skin condition in which there is a loss of brown color (pigment) from areas of skin, resulting in irregular white Patches that feel like normal skin.

Atopic Dermatitis : Atopic eczema is due to a hypersensitivity reaction (similar to an allergy) in the skin, which leads to long-term inflammation of the skin.Atopic Eczema is most common in infants. Many people outgrow it by early adulthood. The condition tends to run in families.

Psoriasis : Psoriasis is a common skin condition that causes skin redness and irritation. Most people with psoriasis have thick, red skin with flaky, silver-white patches called scales. Psoriasis is a very common condition. The disorder may affect people of any age, but it most commonly begins between ages 15 and 35.

Some of the common hair problems:

Baldness: Baldness implies partial or complete lack of hair. Balding is part of the wider topic of "hair thinning". The degree and pattern of baldness can vary greatly, but its most common cause is male and female pattern baldness, also known as androgenic alopecia.

Dandruff : Dandruff can be defined as the shedding of dead skin cells from the scalp. It can be caused by prolonged exposure to extreme cold and heat. It is not a disease in strict sense as it is normal for skin cells to die and flake off. Thus, small flaking is normal and common.

Cosmetic procedures:

Chemical peel: A chemical peel is a body treatment technique used to improve and smooth the texture of the facial skin using a chemical solution that causes the dead skin to slough off and eventually peel off. The regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. Thus the term chemical peel is derived.

Microdermabrasion: Microdermabrasion is used to treat, enlarged pores, hyperpigmentation. Superficial crerses, mild non-inflammatory acne scarring. Sun damaged skin, dull and blemished skin, stretch marks, scar revision, face and body peeling.

Dermarollers: The Derma Roller is an incredible device which naturally increases the levels of collagen and elastin in your skin. Stretch marks, wrinkles, scars and uneven, pitted skin are all due to a lack of collagen – so by using a DermaRoller to replace the collagen you can help your skin renew itself and repair to a cosmetic level.

Botox and fillers: Botox for cosmetic indications is a simple, non surgical, physician – administered treatment that can temporarily smooth moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet and bunny lines. It is also approved for usage in treating Excessive sweating or hyperhydrosis.
